This website (MotoMiser) is operated by MotoMiser Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17330636. Our registered office is 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. You can reach us at admin@motomiser.co.uk.

MotoMiser is an independent price-comparison service for motorcycle gear. We gather product listings and prices from third-party retailers and marketplaces and present them so you can compare in one place. We are not a shop: we don't sell, stock, ship, or handle payment for any product.

When you decide to buy, you leave our site and purchase directly from the retailer. Any sale is a contract between you and that retailer, governed by their terms, pricing, returns, warranty and privacy policies, not ours. We are not a party to that transaction and have no involvement in it.

Prices, stock, images, descriptions, sizes and specifications on MotoMiser are supplied by third-party retailers and marketplaces and are refreshed periodically. They may be out of date, incomplete or incorrect at the moment you view them.

• Listings on MotoMiser are not an offer to sell. The price, availability and terms shown at the retailer's own checkout are what govern your purchase, so always confirm them there before buying.
• We don't guarantee that any item is in stock, that a price is current, or that a listing still exists on the retailer's site.
• We make reasonable efforts to show accurate, genuine best prices and to rank listings fairly, but we can't warrant the completeness or accuracy of third-party data.

MotoMiser may earn a commission when you click through to a retailer and make a purchase, at no extra cost to you. This is how we fund a free comparison service. It does not influence the prices you see or how listings are ranked. We always aim to show the genuine best price for the item.

MotoMiser participates in the eBay Partner Network, in Amazon Associates and in Awin, and in some retailers’ own affiliate programmes, and earns from qualifying purchases made through those links. See our Privacy & Cookie Policy for how affiliate referrals are tracked.

MotoMiser provides information to help you compare products; it is not safety, sizing, legal or professional advice. Motorcycle gear protects you only when it fits correctly, is appropriate for your use, and meets the relevant safety standards.

You are responsible for checking a product's fit, condition, certifications (for example CE / UKCA markings and safety ratings) and road-legality directly with the retailer or manufacturer before you buy or rely on it. Any safety ratings or attributes shown on MotoMiser are drawn from third-party sources for convenience and should be verified against the item itself.

You agree to use MotoMiser lawfully and not to:

• scrape, harvest, crawl, spider, or systematically copy the site's content or data, or use automated means to access it, except for a search engine indexing the site in the ordinary way;
• copy, reproduce, resell, republish or otherwise exploit the site or its content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
• interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected systems;
• use the site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringes the rights of others.

The design, layout, branding, text and original content of MotoMiser belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not otherwise reuse our content without permission.

Product names, images, descriptions, logos and trademarks shown on the site belong to their respective retailers, brands and manufacturers, and are displayed for comparison and identification only.

Many of the listings on MotoMiser come from the eBay marketplace and reach us through eBay's official API. That material (titles, descriptions, photographs, prices and other listing details) remains eBay's content, licensed to us by eBay. So that it can appear on your screen as you use the site, we pass on a limited sub-licence to you. eBay requires us to set out three conditions of that sub-licence, and by using MotoMiser you accept them:

• You are bound by eBay's API License Agreement so far as it applies to the eBay content shown here. It is published at developer.ebay.com.
• eBay is a third-party beneficiary of these terms so far as they concern eBay content, and may enforce them directly against you.
• The sub-licence is revocable at any time, by us or by eBay, without notice.

The sub-licence covers only the display of eBay content to you as part of using the site. It does not let you copy, store, redistribute, republish or otherwise reuse that content, and the restrictions under “Acceptable use” above apply to it in full.

MotoMiser links to third-party retailers and marketplaces. Those sites are outside our control and we are not responsible for their content, products, availability, pricing, security, or practices. A link is not an endorsement. Once you follow a link, that site's own terms and privacy policy apply.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is accurate or up to date. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site at any time without notice.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law. If you are a consumer, nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Subject to that, and because MotoMiser is a free information and comparison service that does not sell products, to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from: your reliance on prices, availability or product information shown on the site; any purchase you make from, or dealings you have with, a third-party retailer; the unavailability of, or any errors in, the site; or your use of any third-party website we link to. Your purchase, returns, refunds and warranty rights are a matter between you and the retailer.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
